You are eligible for a Vernon Area Public Library card if you: 

• live in the Vernon Area Public Library District
• own property in the Vernon Area Public Library District
• own a business in the Vernon Area Public Library District
• live in temporary housing for more than 30 days in the Vernon Area Public Library District
