School Loan Request Form
 
  • The Library has resources in all formats to support your curriculum: 
    fiction and non-fiction books, DVDs, Videos, CDs, cassettes, and CD-ROMs. 
  • Elementary and Jr. High Teachers in our Library District may request that a school loan be gathered and delivered to the school via the Library Van.  Please request your loan at least one week in advance.
  • Preschool Teachers in our Library District may request that a loan be set aside at the Youth Services Desk for pickup.  Please request your loan two weeks in advance.
  • Teachers are always welcome to visit the library and choose their own loans.
